Vice President of Cingular?
Someone in my call center got a call a few days ago from someone claiming to be the Vice President of Cingular. They were wanting to order new phones on someone else's blue account! 🙄 This of course sent up red flags that it had to be a fraud call. I'm not sure exactly how, but the rep managed to get somemore info out of this person including their AWID, which they hung up right after giving (I guess they had not ment to give that out, and slipped up). The rep passed the information on to our Site Director who looked up the AWID and found that it belonged to a Customer Care Rep!!! I guess one that doesn't value their job! 😳

sweet... i like the way u think.. try this one, if there is a high que.. log into a phone under a random, or some ass's phone ID and just start releasing them as fast as they come in for a bit then log out and find a seat somewhere else far from that station... its fun
