techie tracker (csrs please read)

😈 if you transfer an unnessasary call to tech we have a tracker will fill out and send to your manager and area manager. a guarenteed way to get a tracker (and coaching) transfer the customer on the phone. 😈

You know TDMA reps should have a tracker for cold xfter'd calls to us that are from 3G reps that are always dumping calls!!!! i swear on a regular day i get at least 5+ calls that are from reps at 3G with customers that 2G cant help and turns out we/I have to call 3G back which pisses off the customer 10 fold like seriously who trains you people do you forget to breathe durring the day or were you dropped on you heads as a child i swear the longer the day the stupider people are!!!

Hey,not all of us do that,some of us actually DO our jobs and would love nothing more than to drop those who don't into a pool of highly concentrated acid,as those individuals give us a bad name which causes other people to generalize the whole 3g care dept as one.Some of us don't like being held responsible for the mistakes/faults/shortcomings of others!

That's te one good thing about being both 2G and 3G it helps my transfer rate....
everything else about it sucks

Same can be said for the TEK. No I in team. We have to deal with more BULL**** than you, so what is the point of complaining about us. We could say the same about you, you know.

they just let the name go to their head, and the fact that they dont have to deal with the cust directly... like comon guys if tsd has to have the cust do something the we should be ablr to transfer them through and tell the TSD dink to tell the cust themselves as we did half of what your saying and the other half just pisses them off.... I will however mention that there is the odd one here and there that doens seem to view care rep as **** on their shoe
