he doesn't have a computer and refused to go to a store even though i can tell that he's driving

people should learn to quit while they're ahead. this guy is trying to explain that he doesn't want to be double billed when he migrates to cingular and has talked non stop for 45 mins and now he's confused himself..

I keep imagining all these jerks waking up bright and early Sunday morning with a punishing hangover and reminding themselves of some petty little problem they've been stewing over for days, then thinking up tons of totally unrelated pissy little problems to add to it to buttress their pathetic whiny little diatribes, then calling us up before they've had their first cup of coffee to dump it all out in one long, highpitched, 150 mph, mosquito-whine squall followed by a petulant demand for some totally outrageous recompense for their imagined damage... 🙄

I have a vicious headache today, does it show? 😉

WTF.. now when calling the save team it tells u that there is a 2 mins wait and to basically do it ur own damn self and the hangs up... WTF... screw it 1 less idiot to worry about later...

that's okay.. since the new "PAR" metrics came into play. i refuse to transfer to another department anything i can do myself.... partial payments on past due accounts... save team.. all that crap i can do so why waist the transfer.. i could need that later in the day to transfer some moron to 3G spanish NST

I hate getting spanish cust on the line. I want to ask them why they went through the ivr in english and then ask for a spanish rep. why push 2 or what ever it is to get a spanish rep right away.
