They HAVE to give u that code. They are losing so many customers a day, who cares about losing one more?
I don't care about companies which had to flee from latin america like rats involved in corruption and bankruptcy scandals, bought for nickels by the mexicans...
I just care about people like u, Defeat, who feel they are trated like sh*t by such a crappy carrier.

AWS is in no way obligated to give anyone that code. If he wants to speak to a tech rep he can ask all he wants. We are not allowed to transfer him to them unless the directly ask to speak to him. They wont do that. Sorry.
