I'm glad someone is because I've been sitting here bored to death at work all day and there havent even been any posts to read but I'm home now so at least I dont have to sit at a stupid desk forever.

In reality, I don't look at phonescoop unless our center has 100% service level -- no time between calls is no browsing the web. I think most people do this, and 2G call volume has been insane recently (past week).
PCO quota is funny... my supervisor tried to appeal to my greed to get me to do more and I came back with "Yeah.. I don't really care about that. I make enough money to support myself and save a little even after spending some money on myself. I guess I'll do it a bit more, maybe."
