Depends on what fones you go with, whether there will be a cost for fone upgrades, changes to plan etc etc 🙂

If you don't already have a GSM phone, and you order one through AT&T, you pay a $15.00 upgrade processing fee that covers AWS' network costs and some other stuff, plus $9.95 shipping so FedEx gets the phone to you fast. These fees are for ordering a phone only. If you've already got a GSM phone, there is no cost that I'm aware of, though you should know that you're likely going to be signing a contract in order to get half of the stuff your family plan would offer in the ads.

There is no charge for changing the phone on the account, only for ordering one through AWS. Balances out the cost of the cheaper phone prices (for the most part).
