cc auto dropped call credit question
my question is just for clarification on automatic dropped call crediting, for 2g in some markets the time period in witch one should call back to get an auto credit "can" be as long as 5 mins , but 2.5g shows only 1 min , anyone know why.

In order for the system to automatically pick it up and issue CR it needs to be within 1 minute, 2G or 2.5G. Typically if it's within 5 minutes and there's not another call in between you can call CC and we will CR manually. I could be wrong on this but the only auto CR I have ever seen has been on a callback inside of a minute.
