You complain about how bad your employer is but you don't do anything about it.
If you don't like your job, quit and move on. Save us consumers time and money.
Did your employer force you to work for them? Every minute that you spend on this forum is one more minute that I as a consumer have to wait for you to answer my call. Some of you may think that when I call for help it's a waste of your time. How easy you forget that if it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't exist. Do you really think that if customers didn't call you that you would have a job?

First off, not all of us work in call centers. Secondly, many of us use these forums in our off time. Third, many of us have invested countless hours educating ourselves about the wireless industry as a whole, and come here to exchange ideas and information that, had you taken the time to actually READ a few threads, you would realize actually BENEFIT customers and potential customers alike. Sure, we have our flame wars (that's the nature of competition), and we have a little fun, but we also provide a service we are NOT paid to provide in the interest of helping people like yourself make an INFORMED buying decision.

Many of these people in this forum, have been very helpful in helping me answer Your questions (CUSTOMERS). Many customers come up with questions that we as customer care representatives don't know, and even these questions stump our supervisors and resolutions specialists.
I for one only post on breaks (as I am doing now). 15 minute break! Then I only post if it is really really really slow, usually between 9pm and 12:00am MST. If I'm lucky, lately it's been busy right up until I get off, less posting on PS for me, which is no water off my back as I have a computer at home, with an internet connection so that I can take 5 measley minutes out of my day to enjoy the company of intelligent and like min...
