I am confused beyond reason, I dislike Siebel!

the calls are annoying today has been the day of screwed up calls and mean dealers

Let's see...I spent the first 3/4 of my shift manually calculating a lady's m2m, because there was a mismatch between Axys and CBIS (Beavis), after that, I took calls, and offered GSM migrations on all of them.....

Spent the majority of the shift trying to breathe....as I can barely get a breath of air in.

What else....no escalations, nothing exciting going on...but what do you expect on a Thursday night.
