wow, you sure are specific 🤣
...
I was bored and i made this thread in other forums too.
to see why people hate whatever carrier and see who calls me a dumbass for posting an "i hate" thread.
...
Dumbass...Well you asked for it 😉
...
great, now you can fit into the "defends his carrier like a religious zealot" category.
there was a dude in the verizon forums who fit into that category as well if you wana go there and read it.
...
Dumbass.
I didn't like working for AT&T (at least the last two years I abhorred it.)
But my reception kicks ass, which is why I am still a customer.
...
Hahahahhaha
oh lordy, another one bites the bullet.

I'll tell you why i hate att. They sent me 6 V600s which all of them sucked ass. We sent them back for credit and att lost 5 in the warehouse, then instead of telling us that they lost them they sent our account with no warning to collections. Which we paid within 48 hours so it would not hit are credit report. Then i called to track the phones down to get my money back, att says they can't discuss the account because it was turned over to collections, collections says the can't find the phones, to call att back. I did and same answer, we can't talk about this account. Now will take to the next level. By the way all this after a year of paying this company 200+ a month for service

Oh I forgot, not only did they send are account to collections they also kept are account active with service
...
just tp clarify a bit more, I really don't have a "favorite" carrier, I don't have any of the ones on this page, hell I don't even live in the US.
I was just wanted to see who would get all defensive over a "i haet" thread with the word "discuss" in it. geez people these days.
like I insulted your mother or something.

I just want all these att reps that are so high on there company to see and read how F..... this company is to good paying custumers.
...
to honestly tell you, there's a very small margin of affect that paying your bills on time and paying 200+ dollars every month or how many services you have that accually help you out in the long run.
it just doesn't matter anymore.
with any carrier.
you just get a few small benefits here and there maybe at the time you're adding a line or something.
it doesn't help in situations where the carrier never got the phones back.
if the phones are lost, you're the one who bought them. it's like "break it and buy it"
sorry to hear it, but **** happens. thats life.

check this out! Att said that the boxes where checked in, and they see that they have the phones but can't find them. they have the phones they lost them and then charged us again after i payed for those 5 phones. I have now double paid because they sent us to collections on a current account, LET ME SUM IT UP, The systems says yes they returned the phones but a another department says no. What do you have to say about that. Besides that att has taken us for a ride, Also well will see what happens when the FTC get involed for reporting false debts.

they Have bad business practice, when something is returned and you receive then you lose it that is your problem not that paying customer who has returned the item and the company signed for it...... Bad Business
...
I find with most carrier it ain't bad business it's just a very big lack of communication between different departments.
*shrugs*
hope things somewhat work out for you tho.

That Is a major Lack in commutation. To report someone to collections and keep the same account current. then not to notify the customer, that is wrong.. But You nailed it lack of effort by departments to pick up a phone.
