Just interviewed w/ ATTWS yesterday, hopefully if all goes well I will get the jobby. So long, it's been real. One thing, I don't like the phone's AWS has to offer, any word on a mega-pixel phone, w/ flash and Bluetooth. The V710 is nice and I waited a long dam time for a VZW phone I actually want.

what ype of job are you taking. I find that ATTWs has a strong deserse handset selection. If you are going into sales that learn the product and dont worry about what you like. It will hurt you on the sales floor. We are selling the hell out of the V.600, Samsung E316, and LG 1150. Remember camera phones are still very new, this stuff is the baby stages. Remember you are not selling phones, you are selling service that requires equipment, sell the plan, ask a few quality questions and make an educated recommendation. You will control the sale, get more money for handsets, and build a nice referral business, unless you are go work in some churn and burn kiosk.

Well, I hope you get the job. I was just hired as a sales rep from a Cingular Authorized Agent. I kept applying to Cingular directly, but they didn't want to take someone from one of their agents, so I figured I would take the back way in and go with AWS. I am really happy that I got my job with AWS....I know that AWS is like the unwanted red-headed stepchild (or at least in this market) now days. And everyone is constantly dawging them, but they are good to their employees, and the employees that I have talked to make more than I do plus even as a part time person I will have full benefits...So life is just great, and I will soon be back home with Cingular in a couple of months.
