any problems with these phones?
Evening. Has anyone had any problems with the new LG 1150 camera phone. I had a guy come in jst now to do a 30 day exchange, complaining of bad batter performance as well as weak audio, meaing he couldn't other party. I tried it and found it sounded better if I moved slightly, maybe just a "sweet spot" for a smaller speaker?
also- how about the Sam X426, had a few come back for poor RF quality. Customers bveing told by care reps that it is a defective phone? I thought I heard something about an over the air update or patch.
Any feedback or info would be greatly appreciated.

i work in customer care, an the X426 had a MAJOR software problem for poor microphone service . but we have corrected it but if you wanted to find out if a X426 had a software problem , just press *#9999#. the version that the phone should display would have to end in DC1 ( that is the updated version) if you encounter something different then samsung needs to be contacted for the software to be updated. As far as the 1150, we haven't had that many complaints in customer care about it so i honestly don't know about that one. I do know this though that our customers seem to have problems downloading ringtones from our AT&T wireless website, don't know if it's all phones , but i have had that a few times . hopefully that helps 😁
