they do ,all incoming texts are free and unlimited, as for outbound text messages,sorry nothing in the forseeable future. they only just changed in two ways 19.99 for 1000 outbound messages and now ,you can share the text messages packages on sharable plans, you pay on one line either 9.99 or 19.99 for either 300 or 1000 respectively then pay $2 on the extra connections to share all those messages.
