what aload of crap we had our weekly meeting and now im looking for a new gig

try 1$ less on rateplans and 25% percent cut on features unless you hit 150% of your goal

150% is nearly impossible with the quotas they are pushing on us lately...
We're going to be getting 25% on features?? We're already at 50%! How much lower can they go?

It seems they rely more on marketing to bring in business than salespeople. 😲

marketing can do all they want, but if the salespeople feel cheated they won't sell, which makes the whole marketing campaign pointless...

actually i feel its quite opposite, if they make it more challenging to bring in a decent paycheck witha difficult comp plan, salesman will find better selling tactics and push more crap on the consumer that they dont need lol
