Kind of customer I hate the most?....

the ones who won't switch plans or get a family plan because they hold on to like their 5,000 roll-over minutes like it's worth something.

they never go over their minutes, they use well below their basic minutes every month and accumulate alot, so why do you guard your rollover for with your life? do you really think you'll go 5,000 over your rate plan someday? 😡

try telling that to the person whose loved one is in the hospital due to illness or accident and they spent hours on the phone with other family members keeping them informed. i had that so many times and how grateful they were to not have had to worry about overage. get your gears in perspective, what may not be important to you may be to others, leave them alone

Preach it, some reps just gripe about commissions all the time. If a person really just does not want to switch then leave em alone and don't try to force em to switch.

Just my 2 cents.

Those people usually switch over when I tell them they're not going to use them anyway.

I had a customer with over 26,000 Rollover minutes. They balked for a bit about losing them when switching, but they knew there's no way they'd ever use them after thinking for a few minutes.

In this sense rollover is a double-edged sword, but the edge that represents those kind of customers is very dull.
