I'm currently with a different provider (bet ya can't guess 😁 ), I'm thinking of taking a position in you company and I wanted to know from some of you what makes people come and stay with your corporation, and generally how are people (cust. and employ.) treated. I'm taking a supervisory role in one of your retail stores.

Here at our store things go pretty well. You are treated equally and shown respect. The pay is great, the hours are decent (10-7pm). Although, I'd like to work something more like 8-5. Anyways, the customers are decent as long as you are honest and treat them as you would want to be treated... of course.

Oh geez... i'm tired of people complaining about the new comp plan.... its not all that bad... new tiers for features and what.. they drop down on the high rate plan?? how many times do you sell over 75 anyways? if youre a consistant seller its actually pretty good.. if you rely on your upgrades. well.. i hear tmobile is hiring..... can we be what they hired us for? Salesmen!!!...... 😈 👿 😈

whatever first i make 75% of a feature and then 50 now 25% ? as well as 1.00 less on rateplans you think that is incentive to sell products and services

Ok I apreciate everyone being open and honest about how they feel about the company (Box and d.luceid). But seriously what are some of the good things about cingular, benifits, positions, etc. etc.
