iPhone battery ?

i somehow missed the line where it says "non user removable battery." what the ?

As in an internal battery that you don't take out or change. Much like any iPod of MP3 player.

Much like the Ipod, Apple wants to lock you into having the product serviced, at charge, only by Apple. This is one of their core business strategies, with most all of their products.

Once the product is released, I'm sure there will be tutorials on how to replace the battery, when needed, by yourself.

Oh, yeah. I remember the old hair dryer and screwdriver routine for changing batteries on the first iPods. Wonder how many new ones they sold because of that process???

I imagine quite a few.

Not to mention the countless Ipod batteries they initially refused to replace citing various reasons that oddly enough, weren't based on reason.

Can be any worse than Verizon and the batt life of ALLLL their phones, I know we are talking about a manufacturer here, but since the NAZI UI (which by the way even my mom called me this weekend to ask once again if their is a way to change it on her phone, and I said yes, switch to another company) is a norm among Verizon, all their damn phones are lacking batt power.

I kid you not, at work back in October, I had my phone fully charged going in that day, like everyday, and I made two phone calls the entire day, my phone died at 230pm. The phone was less than 4 months old. But the kicker is all their phones were like that, but when I bought a phone made by the same manufacturer through t-mobile, didn't have the prob.

yep just like an iPod. though the demonstration of this phone was quite impressive, I would hope they decide to upgrade it before release to 3g capabilities. cause wifi is really only good at your house, airport, and your nearest starbucks.
