text from 3020
i have been getting a text from 3020. i have called cingular about this 3 times and the best answer that i have gotten from them is that if i go over they will cerdit my account. the real odd thing about this is that i can not open this message. when i try the phone tells me that it is an unsupported format. i was wondering if anyone else has been have this problem or just know what this is.

Let us know what kind of phone you have. I used to have this problem on my Samsung SGH-D357. I don't remember how I got it to stop though.

did you have a push to talk phone and then go to a non push to talk phone?

no i had a nokia 6682 in july and then i got my nokia n80 these just started about 5 days ago
