verizon was stupid to not pick up the iphone 🙄 apple probably refused the stupid UI....anyways, verizon users would have a hard time using it....i think that's why verizon has the same UI for every phone...they are afraid their customers can't figure out a new phone 🤣

I definately think that each carrier has its own type of customers. Verizon customers (seem to me) old fashioned and conservative. They don't accept change easily. T-Mo customers are hip (but somewhat cheap) and Cingular customers are, well. Do I need to go there? 😉 We are just too cool for school.

I don't think Apple will let this be a downfall to an amazing product like this one. Knowing them; they will either make the screen indestructible or include screen protectors in the box to give you the option of using it, or not😲
I'm seriouly considering this phone since Sony Ericsson seems like it's not going to step up to the plate and offer a PDA or at least a smartphone to the Americas. I swore I would always buy SE phones, but they continue to put out phones without the 850MHz band and I'm starting to get sick of it!
