razr v3xx

the hinges seem a little loose when the phone is closed....is this normal? the top part of the phone has a slight movement when the phone is closed

so i take it you swithced over? Yeah it wiggles a little, but to me still cocmes across as a very well built phone.

Yes, they all move slightly when the phone is closed...not to worry.

Think this handset is any better than its predecessors? Seems I have read a lot of bad things about RAZR, granted there are a lot of them out there.

Read any of the other responses to this thread or do a search in this forum on v3xx. The consensus is pretty much that this phone is one solid piece of equipment with excellent features.

It's the third highest rated phone that Cingular offers. Highest rated if you're only considering next generation phones.

Mine isn't loose - top part doesn't move when closed. If you're still within the 30 days, maybe you should consider exchanging it. At least go look at other ones and see if they seem to be built like yours.

I once bought a Razr with a bad hinge. When I went to the store and looked at other ones, they were nothing like the bad one I had bought. I returned mine.
