I have a customer that bought a new 8525 from me and everything was wiorking fine at first but now every time he changes his micro sd cards out it adds some unknown files to it and it wont play his mp3's thru the media player. But if you go in manually and delete these files then it will play his mp3's again untill he switches cards. Anyine delt with anything like this before any help you could give me for this customer would be greatly appreciated.

I would swap him out a new 8525. It will probably save you some headaches.

I suggested that to the customer but they dont want to go thru the hassle of setting up all there information again and they have alot of info stored to the phone. Was just wondering if anyone else had had any other issues with this.
