We have 2 V400's and they worked very well when we were in Atlanta. Just moved to Frisco (Dallas) TX and are having bad problems with static, dropped calls and calls that just never go through. Sometimes we even have lots of static even with a full signal strength showing. This also happened when i was in Houston and Austin on business. Mike,

That is very strange. I too have a V400, and I live off Monfort and 635. I work at the Mckinney store near you on 75 and White avenue. I would take the phones back to the corporate store you bought them from and have them resend the activation over the air. If that doesn't work, you may have a problematic handset(s). You can come by and see me, however, I will be gone until October 4th.

I went visit my Mom in Austin, and had non-stop crystal claer coverage up and down I-35. This gives me reason to belive that you have a pair of bad phones.

Let me know if I can help any further.
