$9.99 FT line and $39.99 4 1000 minutes extended

Once again Cingular has extended the $9.99 FT line until Saturday October 30th(6th month in a row). The same goes for the 1000 anytime minutes for $39.99. This is the case for the state of Texas and I am sure the rest of the US.

IF Cingular ever changed the rate to $9.99 for ALL FT plans, is that a case where I could have them change the terms of my plan? Just wondering...

If it's a promo you would most likely have to agree to an 11-month verbal agreement contract extension
