We were told by the nokia reps that they are already made and just sitting in a warehouse but at&t won't allow them to be shipped out because they have the cingular branding on them.

TBG is reporting the delay was because ATT insisted that Nokia restrict any music streaming outide of thier own offerings and prevent any similar apps to be loaded.. oh well.. I hope the unbranded models come out along with the Cingy branded devices..
