So a reply to a previous thread made me think.... What is the grossest or weirdest thing you have seen/heard/done to a handset?

I have had alot of people drop their phones in toilets, also i have a guy bring his phone in and his dog ate it and it was still covered in slobber from the dog, other than that i guess im a lucky one nothing way gross.

I actually had someone bring their Nokia 6010 to me that they dropped in the toilet so that I could smell it to see if it smelt like urine! The phone worked just fine, she just wondered if I could smell it. I refused to smell it.

I had a customer bring me a phone that was dropped in an asphalt machine - the only thing left was the circuit board and leather case - everything else melted away.

had a woman buy a samsung 497 at retail because her old one broke and she told me she wanted the same phone because "it has the strongest vibrate feature and she likes her phone more than her husband.

Worst I ever had was a customer come in, ask me to check out his phone, he hands it to me, I open it... his wallpaper is of him getting a mouthhug from what I assume was his girlfriend/wife.

Tasty. My friend was telling me about one the other day. This guy comes in & said his phone isnt working. She opens it & the wallpaper is a girl playing with her peach. She fixed somethign & then did a test call. It was a girl screaming with delight. She said the guy walked out with wood.....

Well the sick thing is... when a customer walks up and pulls it out of her sweaty ass bra and shes a fat slob. That is disgusting. Or when you have someone come up and say "my phone isn't working i dropped it in the toilet, can you take a look at it?" Hell no I don't want to touch your phone after you just told me you dropped it in the toilet, GTFO! 🤣
