the "exception" upgrade has different pricing.
the exception upgrade is the 1 year pricing. our 1-year pricing here on the 180 is $50 after rebate.

Don't forget that agent and corporate store cannot process exception upgrades. You would have to buy the phones from Cingular's telesales department. The number is 1-866-Cingular. Oh, be sure the rep you spoke with had notated the account. Well, off to work.

You dont HAVE to go through telesales for an exception upgrade, if that's what you were hitting on. you could go to ANY corporate owned store.
