TDMA pre-paid platform is shutting down this saturday!
we have had a barage of people lately that would rather let their plan shut off than migrate or get service somewhere else.

Has anyone in a COR location had to deal with irate customer who bought PIN's from dealers who don't know or care that TDMA will no longer accept refills?

Not a COR store, a RadioShack here... We've had quite a few customers come in lately who bought minutes at places like Wal Mart or gas stations. A few we've gotten to come over to post-paid and a few we get to switch to GoPhone or Virgin Mobile.

I read in CSP that those customer will start getting refunds as of April 1st
