K, I work at Sprint now, Im a sales lead (one level below ASM). With the job cuts they have doled out, ASM is a vanishing position, so it doesnt look like Ill be moving up any time in the near future.
I currently make about 33k (assuming 100% commission attainment), and really would like to move that up to around 40k or so.

So, cingular reps, leads, or ASMs.. would you recommend the company as a place of work, and approximatley what would I make in either of the three positions?

Experience-wise.. in my nearly 1 year with sprint, I am cumulatively at around 115% to quota, so selling isnt really an issue.

Good luck... And it most definitely attainable if you don't mind working for your money.
