sales portal
Is anyone else havin trouble with Sales Portal? I can get into the main screen, but when I click any link on the page (map tool for example) it just shuts down the window I'm workin in.

yeah I called the "help" desk this morning, they weren't able to help me, and THEN told me that they had done "a lot" of changes at the end of last week. I was off Fri. so I didn't hear ANYTHING about it til today. Had this same prob. yesterday too...but good luck get anyone on Sunday. đ

I don't even think they told our area rep about this, because he's pretty good about writing a short email giving us a heads up. Grrr, I can still log into POS, but somehow not salesportal. They must've really tried hard to screw this one up since the two sites use the same password database.

Cingular just called me and the rep said that THEY couldn't even log in!!! Now how are you supposed to help me if I YOU yourself can't even do it!?!?!?! As far as POS we're fine here. (crosses fingers)
