this is the latest news i have heard it is gonna start on april 15th
Alpha Tags for new activations and equipment upgrades will display “AT&T.”
Existing customer alpha tags will be re-branded in phases between June and Dec 2007
New devices will begin to be branded with an AT&T logo as they launch

no id give it atleast a year after the brand change goes through then it will be back to cingular companys dont make decisions that fast
