No, the MAXX is nothing like the RAZRs currently available through Cingular. It sports a much different (although still RAZResque) design, 2.0 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, a much larger external display, LED light accents on the outside of the flip...among other things.

The v3xx is the precursor to the v3MAXX.

So it's a flashy V3xx? Minor increase in camera, auto focus sucks, flash(it's a cell phone, not a digital camera). Sounds like a V3xx with one of those little bling jewelle packs on it actually.

No, it is an awesome phone. And you should pray that we get it. Then we can have the real MAXX V6 and Verizon will be stuck with its down syndrome version.

Verizon itself has downs. Doesn't matter what phone they offer if you can't use it on the non-existent network. I can't wait for them to shut off analog. I'll laugh for weeks on that one.

I don't know about the MAXX. I mean if the camera and flashiness is the only difference I'm happy where I am. I'm not one for flashy phones. Of course I do need to sell to them and not to me.
