No Contract

I am a Tmobile customer considering switching to ATT/Cing. I have several unlocked quad band phones so I do not need a phone from ATT. Can I get service, not prepaid, without a contract since they will not be subsidizing a phone?

Not if you want m2m calling or texting. Any plan w/m2m (calling or texting) is considered a "promo" feature and comes with at least an 11 month agreement. If you don't want m2m, it would depend on that locations policies. Some agents will require a contract no matter what, some won't. It just depends on that locations policy.
