Strange!
Today I decided to check my account online. I have a family plan with 3 lines on it. I have never really had any complaints unitll now. I noticed on one of my lines that there was a texting package added.
I know I never added that package, so I called customer care to find out about it. This line was only added in march. They traced there notes back from when it was added and could find nothing. How can something like this happen?? Mind you the plan was only 2.99, but its a point I was trying to make! 😕

We didn't have a $2.99 texting package back in march. We haven't had that option for years.

Hey thats what the web-site said that I had that feature on my account. But it gave me the option to cancel it!

That's what makes it so strange. I know that there's an automated program running which checks for line with no texting or internet and is supposed to add on the ppu feature. (There is reasoning behind this, but it doesn't relate to the immediate question.) I can see how that could add it, but that feature wouldn't be available to most reps.
