Blackberry Pearl or Palm Treo 750????????
I am considering getting the blackberry pearl or the palm treo 750. I currently have the razr v3 and it is a piece of crap!!!!! Terrible battery life (maybe get 1 hour of talking before it drops a bar) and it always cuts off and then back on!!!!! My problem with deciding between the two is that I want a phone that can replace my laptop whenever I need it to. I was considering the pearl for email and then getting a palm tx handheld which i really like. They told me that i could print anything out using a wireless printer. but then there is the palm treo 750, which i am not sure that it can do all the tx handheld can. I really need a phone with a good battery life which is why i am leaning towards the pearl and getting the handheld instead of ...

PS... I was also looking at the Nokia N75 but kinda skeptical of nokia's....they tend to have a real low earpiece volume.... and it is taking forever for it to come out....

Treo will beat blackberry anyday. Blackberry is just a glorified 2way pager, and it has no touch screen or multimedia so it will be hard to maneuver. The treo is basically having a laptop in your pocket. Full internet maneuverability easy 1 touch applications.
im not sure of all the bugs of which you speak. I knew of the 650 having several bugs and poor batterly life maybe he had a defective 700p. Ive had mine since the release date no problems. battery life is fine im at work from 9-5 and use all day internet voice and listening to mp3's allday with still batt life left over on the car ride home. Conclusion the pearl cant even be put in the same catigory as the treo. Its not even a smartphone/pda its just a regular bar phone with an email ...

I also seen that Sprint will be getting a new treo... their prices are so much cheaper (i had them for 5 years)....do you know if the new treo with sprint, i think it is called 755p, will have windows mobile 6 or if you could add mindows mobile 6 to it? Thanks

Dont listen 2 that...and yes sprint will have the Treo 755p and it will be palm not windows. but then Palm is way better on a palm...I currently have the 700p and it dances circles around any pda. Verizon's signal theoretically is better but i havent seent ive had verizon and im still with sprint. The data plans are unlimited for 15 buks verizon is like 50 buks sprint unlimited texts is 8 buks verizon is 20 something. So if your waiting on the phone of phones for now...i say treo 755p all the way. Even though the Iphone will be prettier...it wont be better than the treo.
