Upcoming Changes
I'm sitting here doing my training for the new ATT stuff, and when going over the Service fees I noticed a Transfer of Service fee. I don't remember them having one before, but it makes sense to me. It dosn't, however, say how much it is. Does anyone know?
On another note, I clicked on the sample CSS to try to find the ToS fee in writing. I didn't see it, but the sample CSS had an upgrade fee of $35 on it. Does any market actually have upgrade fees that high? It's only $18 in DFW.

To transfer an account into someone else's name is $36 and if you are relocating from another state it is free. Our activation fee is $36 for an individual account and $18 for a FamilyTalk add-on.
I go to the Cingular merger training next week, but one of my reps went today and said it was a complete waste of his day. It was a bore and all the information was too vague.
