Be patient, they are running a new upgrade policy trial for several markets that is much better, hopefully they will roll it out nationwide b/c it is getting good reviews so far.

It will launch nationally in all channels. rewards customers tenure and ARPU.

One big change, no one year renewal agreement options.

Ok, so let me ask this. I am eligible for an upgrade. Been a Cingular customer since its inception from Day 1 because I was a Bellsouth Mobility customer. I've got 4 phones on my account. I've got an older 1100 F/T plan, 69.99. I've got 2 of the newer Mediamax plans (Unlimited data, 200 msgs) so thats 19.99 x 2. I've also got 1 line with the additional $5 Unlimited M2M text on one of those 2 Mediamax lines. Additionally, I have a messaging starter (200 msgs) on another of the 4 lines. What kind of consideration/specail upgrade discount would I be given? I'm not asking for one to try and perhaps ge...

Nothing, problem is, no rep will want to work to bend the rule b/c they can't sell you any features (you already have them)

I have seen some of these customers in these markets. Not only they get to upgrade their phone earlier, but they also get $50 off their next phone purchase. Is $50 the most they can get? I have seen $50 plus upgrade fee waived. My question is: Are there customers who can get more than $50 plus upgrade fee waived? $75 or $100 perhaps? ๐Ÿคจ

I bet this is only going to be COR only not indirect, God I love how they are leaving a smaller and smaller target market for indirect. (Sarcasm)

We are using the new upgrade policy in the Tulsa market. You should be able to look it up on the CSP under "ATT Upgrade Advantage".
