All you need to do is read the first paragraph, and in that paragraph you will see it plainly says "CTIA Wireless, Orlando, USA and London, UK – 26 March 2007 – Symbian Ltd. today announced the launch of Symbian OS v9.5, the latest evolution of the world’s leading operating system for smartphones.

Not Palm, not WM, not Linux....but SYMBIAN. Do you even have a clue??

And don't compare the Upstage to any phone. That phone sucks and EVERYONE knows that - Sprint isn't fooling anyone. The M1 is a good phone, I will give you that much. But it doesn't come close to what the N75 can do. The bottom line is no CDMA phone is comparable to a CDMA phone. I'd take an LG G4011 before a Sanyo M1 any day.
