What a morning!
I'm in a store, and early this morning I get a call from a customer in the Bahamas. She had called in to customer service and had the data connect feature added to her account, and the rep told her all she would need is the tutorial to set it up.
I suggested she call my store back in 30 minutes to give me time to research the account and see just whats going on, so she'd save on the undoubtedly high bill that the satellite call is going to cost her.
It turns out the rep future dated her plan so that it's not even active yet. Currently, Internet service is blocked. She has no international roaming provisioned either. I'm waiting on her to call back, at which time I'll verify the type of phone and hopefully get her computer set up af...

I had a customer come in with a manufacture defect phone and another user broken phone. I look at the account and they have four lines but only two phones. Turns out that in november they lost their phones and needed new ones. They went to a Cor location and instead of just using the insurance(which they had) he activated two new lines and sold them Z525s for over a $100 a piece! So now I get to explain why they are paying so much and only have two phones, one of which works. 🙄

All I've had all day is a couple phone questions and two returns. my store is negative gross profit for the day... 😡 but who knows maybe I will get someone in the 20 minutes remaining.

Lol, one of those that ask you to run their credit for them every time they come in, which is consequentially every other day. Then wander around your store for a half hour stinking the place up. Yeah I love those.
