Nothing I can do?

I've had my RAZR for 15 months. This is my third one, and about a month ago - it broke as well (the buttons stopped working on all 3 of them). I had only had this phone for two months, almost exactly to the day. After the pain of dealing with customer service so many times, I had my dad call customer service (this was probably around April 16) to see if I could get my RAZR replaced, even though I don't have insurance. (I know it was a long shot, but we are good customers -- been with Cingular for a long time, have 5 lines, never had a problem with billing or anything. I work in the food service industry, and I've never had a problem helping out longstanding customers.) The guy luckily said hat he would send us a new RAZR.

Well, about the ...

If you are going to leave when your contract is up........ see ya! Of course, if you want to sign a new contract, and you are as good of a customer as you say you are (and most customers think they can get away with lying), then you may bet a deal...

Haha I think I've learned my lesson with Moto. It's not that I haven't had good experiences with reception and stuff; it's just that poor customer service is a dealbreaker for me - even if I rarely have to use it.

Why don't you stop toturing yourself by getting even more RAZRs. Get/upgrade to something else!

I was told I couldn't upgrade early. I ended up using my mom's upgrade, so I guess she's just gonna have to miss out until November. I feel guilty for using hers, but there's not much else I can do at the moment. This wouldn't even be a problem if they had allowed me to upgrade on my own line.

I'm sorry you had to suffer this fate. Maybe going in a local store would have been better. Which phone did you upgrade too?

Nokia 6126. I wasn't anticipating buying a new phone so soon so I don't have the money to buy any I like. I go back to work fulltime this week, so I may end up sending it back and buying one of those $50 phones. We'll see how I like it when it gets here. I'm not too picky - as long as it works right, I'm good.

Well thats a good phone. You are obviously a flip phone kinda person. I dont know how much you paid for it but the Sony Ericsson w810 is a much better phone and probably cheaper too.

Do you know how much that account is paying per month? Basically add up what they are paying for all lines, and add in any of your txt/pix msg and internet plans-- they SHOULD be able to work something out for you... wait... what state do you live in?
