Cingular University Merger Training
I decided to take the high ground and do the required Cingular University training on the web, instead of missing a day of work and doing it in a classroom. I am refering to TRA 300, 301, and 302. As slow as this week has been, I should have taken the training at an RSO.
It really was all common sense. Anyone else out there who found it insightful? I figured it would be a lot harder to migrate a person or add a line to their account! For those of you who sat in a class, was it worth it? I have been with my mew agent for almost 6 months now, and I still can't get my own POS log-in. I wonder what is up with my IAE?!? 31 of us sales reps and managers, share 4 POS logins...WTF!!

I haven't taken it yet. They just sent us back into training for post-paid. I'm sure we'll get to it in a little.(We were only prepaid for a few weeks till everyone else got on the floor.)
