Cingular Phone Return Limits ...???
Does Cingular / AT&T impose some practical limit on buying a phone and then returning it within the 30-day timeframe? (i.e., Once? Twice? Within some number of days timeframe? etc)

In the fine print on the brochures it states that you are allowed one phone exchange in the 30 day period. But most of the time the stores will allow up to 2.
