Was it that bad? I got the impression it was a decent phone. Lots of folk here (this call center) have it & love it.

all the call center people always say that they love it because they get less complaints about it then anyother phone.

Maybe: the sales reps no it's a POS, that gets poor reception, and is notorious for not charging with the original home charger (by the way the SYNC is starting to become the same way). And b/c of this it's not sold, i absolutely refuse to sell said POS.

Best phones......

V3xx(has power cycled on me a few times for no reason...three diff. ones i've had have done this.)

N75 is amazing, wish it had HSDPA, but for a phone UMTS alone is fast enough. only benefit would be if you where tethering really.

w810i- great all around, only cons for some people is no 3G network, and not a clamshell.

best PDA- 8525

My wife has a D807 through her job and it's been fine. It seems like a decent, solid phone with pretty good performance. It also seems to have a big "coolness factor" because anytime she uses it around teens, they always ask her about it. *shrug...I still like my w300i better.
