I was with VERIZON for 3 years and had 4 numbers with them for those those 3 years. I had more billing issues than I could count. The customer service reps were rude 👿 and uninformed about the phones and the plans. I had features added and removed without my approval and it took a billing cycle or two to get it resolved.

I have had a couple of issues with Cingular in the last year and they have been very helpful and easy to work with. I have had better customer service in the one year I have been with Cingular than I had in three years with Verizon.
