Yes we are extremely slow here in KY. Usual Saturdays do 20+ phones, last Sat we did 5! But we had a good day today so...its weird I hope this isnt a hint at people getting confused with the att branding

i think it is due to people finally seeing the at&t name. most people do not like at&t whether they claim to be new or not. many people are saying its going to be the ma bell saga all over again. i agree, and am very happy now that i am no longer a customer as of yesterday!! 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁

Most people do not like AT&T? WTF are you talking about? That statement is completely unwarranted... I get so many people that come in all the time saying how they had had AT&T for 50 years or whatever and are happy it's back. While we are the new AT&T, we pretty much are the old AT&T too. BellSouth and SBC were the biggest of the baby bells.
