I have cingular and I was wondering if there is an answer to TMobiles sidekick....besised the 8525 =/ I haven't seen any...I like the blackjack but it doesn't really resemble the Sidekick at all..

unless u get yourself an unlocked Sidekick then u can use it

i had an unlocked sidekick....but it wasn't really the same..because I couldn't access the web only texts and calls...

Unlocked using on whose network? I have several unlocked unbranded phones that I use with Cingular and access the web and do MMS msgs with.

cingular....it was a tmobile sidekick and i bought it from a friend put my sim card in ...had it unlocked online...paid 20 bucks I think...it didn't work though...i would like a sidekick want to sell one?!

If its unlocked, it will work on Cingular's network. You just need to put in the correct settings.

hmmm do you know which settings that would be? I don't have it anymore...sadly but i'll try and get it back if I can unlock it to use it on cingular....?

I've never had a sidekick, so I dont know exactly where at in the menus you go to configure internet and MMS settings. I am sure howard forums has people that could tell you that info..like I said, my phones are unlocked and unbranded. I surf the net and MMS with mine regularly.
