Can anyone tell me whether or not Cingular offers any phones for TDMA?

If so, is it possible to migrate an ATTWS TDMA customer over to a Cingular TDMA phone/ Rate plan?

Also, if true, what models of phones are available?

I think they do in some markets, but not in Dallas. You'll also have to switch phones, period, to migrate over to Cingular. All of our training has said no AWE phones.

Here's something I've been wondering, If you do have a phone that was originally purchased from AT&T, would the phone still work if Cingular swapped the ESN to match that phone?

Pretty sure it has to be unlocked, but its a mute question if your moving from ATT to Cingular and getting on a Cingular contract, you will have to update your phone to a GSM phone. Cingular no longer sells NEW TDMA phones with service

the only TDMA phone offered is the Nokia 3560 as a prepaid phone, and that is currently limited to stock on hand in most areas. there are no more TDMA plans for sale, so getting someone to migrate you from TDMA to TDMA will be extremely dificult, same as it would be if you were a new customer altogether. TDMA is just not offered anymore. It's yesterday's news so to speak. The GSM plans are better anyhow.
