"MY ACCOUNT" online bill view/pay disabled???
Does anyone know why Cingular's Online Account manager has been diabled for the last several days? I work over seas and I always pay my bill online every month. I have been trying since tuesday but I have not been able to even look at my account at all, much less pay my bill. If I cannot pay it by the cut off date, who is at fault, Cingular or ME? I have tried at lreast 10 times every day.

I forgot to add that I would EMAIL Cingular about this but since they DO NOT offer ANY email options, I cannot. My only option is a 40 minute call from Africa at MY expense to find out what is up and the rep STILL could not help. She also told me that if my bill was not paid by cut-off date, I would be charged $35 to reconnect.

The rep couldn't take your payment? That sounds shoddy. The online account stuff has been acting up quite a bit over the past two weeks and it's likely due to that. I don't think it would work from africa, but go ahead and try *PAY. It's an automated call and it's free (dunno about the roaming part of it). It takes me almost a minute to the second to have it paid like that. CS should be able to accept a payment via check or credit card. The only other good option is to have a friend in the states pay it for you. 😕 I hope something of this helps.

If you call 1866 cingular...they have an automated pay over the phone system...expect to use about 5 mins.

can't call 1866 cingular from africa. It's northamerican only. Doesn't cingular have a regular number he can call? AWS has a 906 area code number to call for over international calling.
