Question that need anwsering about the new att

Ok i called att and ased about the razr v3xx on gophone i was shocked when they said it wouldnt work and its not compatible and i was wondering if that was true because what difference would it make and why would they not make it compatible

becuase it's a 3G device and 3G isn't for GoPhone.

Okay, the other day I heard of "someone" activating gophone prepaid card service on a LGCU500V. You are right the phone will not activate like it comes.So if you are activating prepaid card service gophone all you have to do is dummy out the imei.Use the regular Gsm feature. You can use a junk phone you have lying around and use the imei off of it or use a 9's for the 15 digit imei number. Of course this is the word on the street. 🙂

The reason why you cannot do this on Gophone is because of the much fast browsing speed from 3G devices. So in other words, more data in, more money out. So you can use the PHONE portion no problem- but use the internet, Cellular (formerly cingular) TV, or any of ...
