migrated customers

Unless I missed something during the AT&T merger training, when we migrate a customer, what will CIngular finance consider it as? Will it be an upgrade or a new activation? I could see it going either way.

I think we're paid on it like it's an upgrade, and they get the upgrade fee on their bill too.

from what i know it will be considered an upgrade. - at least commission-wise

upgrade...they will be charged and treated as such. though their attws contracts will be forgiven...they can upgrade to cingular at anytime(after day one of course). Or they can wait a year. whatever. *shrug*

If you do them now, they are going through as new activations, must be out of attws contract. If we wait until the 10 or the 15, then they can move over and sign a new contract, these will pay upgrade compensation.
