Question about Living outside major cities?
I would love to get an Iphone but,,,,, I live sort of out in the country and when I look at the AT&T maps 3G is not even close to me. Does that mean some of the fancy things we are seeing on the commercials will not work for me. Does one need to be in the 3G zones to make use of all of its features? Thanks in advance.

The iPhone isn't 3G, so you don't need to be in a major coverage area for the data features to work any better than they would else where. However, I suspect it will work best with wifi.

Oh I see. My zipcode is 61021. I just saw that it is sort spotty on the map. So All of the functions on the Iphone will work out here. Like the restraunt thing on the latest commercial. etc..
